Maranatha’s History
Maranatha Bible Fellowship was established in 2004. It began with seven members and three families. We moved to these beautiful mountains from a small settlement in Blanch, North Carolina. Our goal was to establish a church community that is a stable place for our families and where we can follow God as we believe he has called us to do. If you would like to hear the story of why we are in Rosehill, Virginia, you can ask our Pastor, Floyd Graber, to tell you the story.
Our Vision
At Maranatha Bible Fellowship, our goal is to be a community that works together to build the Kingdom of God. This includes reaching out and being involved in the community around us and discipleship within the church community. As a congregation, we seek to follow the Bible to the best of our understanding, to be an example of the believers, and to bring glory to our Father in Heaven. We believe that Jesus is the answer to every problem and encourage you to “try love, try prayer, try God.”
Our Goals are to Provide the Following:
Worship
A place where we can worship together with other believers.
Scripture
A place where the Scripture is taught in context and without apology.
Discipleship
A place where believers can be discipled and strengthened in their walk with God.
Safe Environment
A place where children can learn about Jesus in an environment that is safe, where they feel loved and accepted.
Christian School
A place where children have the opportunity to go to a Christian school that equally values academic excellence and Christian teaching.
Service & Missions
A place where we can serve and support our community and the Christian community around the world through missions?
Unity
A place to demonstrate the unity that comes to those who follow Christ.
